Delegates have the right to propose adjustments to the agenda and programme right up to the start of the meeting. The final agenda and programme are formally accepted by the assembly at the start of Saturdays session.

on Friday night:

On Friday night we will be going to the Chinese restaurant Shangai Garden by side of Mikado. The restaurant offers a complete buffet and includes a glass of soda. The restaurant has a great environment the food is great and they offer cheaper prices for beer. Victor and Rebecca (ISU Stavanger delegates) will be your guides to the restaurant. After your meal, if you feel inspired you will be able to sing in a very nice karaoke. The plan is to go after to a very cool student pub.

on Saturday night:

On Saturday around 1950 you will be leaving the hotel and going to the restaurant. Victor and Rebecca (ISU Stavanger delegates) will be your guides to the restaurant La Piazza. A menu will be distributed during the meeting so you can chose what you want to have for dinner and we can inform the staff at the hotel. The maximal cost of your meal may not exceed 140 NOK. All you have to pay are your drinks, which are paid aside. ISU Stavanger, our hosts wish to offer us a great party at the local student dormitory. The ones willing to join will just follow Victor and Rebecca after dinner to this party which will gice us opportunity to mingle with the local student community!
