Invitation to ISU National Assembly nr.2/04, Trondheim 2nd-3rd October 2004

This is to invite you to the ISU National Assembly nr.2/04 to be held on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd October 2004 at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). This will be the second National Assembly for the year 2004.  The meeting will start at 10:00. 

 

The reports from the local branches, NSU and StL must be sent to the National Coordinator before 24th September 2004.

                

All delegates are expected to arrive on Saturday 2nd October.  ISU National Administration will arrange the tickets and accommodation for the delegates (StL and NSU should arrange the tickets to Trondheim themselves). You are therefore requested to send the names of two delegates who are going to present the branch by the 16th of September.

Accommodation for all delegates (except those from Trondheim) will be arranged for Saturday night.  Those who may not require accommodation while in Trondheim should inform us in good time. We will give you details on how to get to the hotel and other logistical arrangements for the meeting in our further mails to you. Traveling expenses, as well as the dinner on Saturday night will be at the expense of ISU National.

As usual, two elected members each with a voting right will represent each branch. The names of these delegates should be sent to us by the 16th of September. Replacements should be made in good time for delegates who may find it difficult to attend and this should be communicated to the National Secretariat.
